Ingredients
3 c Silken Tofu
1 c Soy Milk
1 c Water
1 c Mango pulp
1/2 c. unbleached cane sugar
1 oz Pistachios, ground
Preparation
In a blender, combine the tofu, soy milk, water, mango pulp and sugar. Blend until smooth; Chill. To serve, pour over crushed ice. Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
