Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-1/8 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Preparation
Whip the margarine, oil, sugar, water and vanilla together until they’re airy and creamy. Add cocoa, baking soda and salt and blend thoroughly. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Mix will be very soft. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake about 6 minutes or until lightly brown in a 350 degree oven. Remove with care; they are very delicate and break easily.
