Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups of Flour

1/2 Cup of Cocoa

2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder

1 1/4 Cups of Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

9 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil

1 1/2 Cups of Water

Fudge:

1/4 Cup of Margarine

3 Tablespoons of Water

2 1/4 Cups of Icing Sugar

2 Tablespoons of Cocoa

Preparation

1- Pre-Heat oven to 325 F. 2- Mix the first three ingredients in a large bowl. 3- Add the sugar. Mix well. 4- Add the rest of the cake ingredients into the bowl. 5- Pour the batter into an 8 inch round pan. Bake for approximately 45 min. 6- When done, let cool for 5 min. 7- Remove cake from pan and prepare it for icing.

Fudge: 1- In a small saucepan, melt margarine along with water. 2- Add the rest of the ingredients. 3- Beat until smooth and shiny. 4- Let cool.
