Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup margarine (soy garden is the best)
2 egg replacer
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Combine sugar, syrup, margarine, corn oil, egg replacer*, and vanilla. Cream. Add dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
** egg replacer (1 egg)** 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp flour 3 tbsp water
Whisk together.
