Ingredients
Soy cream 2 cups
Soy milk 1 cup
Cider vinegar 1 tsp
Honey (something aromatic) 1/2 cup
Vanilla pods 2
Preparation
Combine all the liquid ingredients in a saucepan.
Slice the pods lengthways, scrape out the seeds and put pods and seeds in the pan.
Slowly heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is beginning to boil at the edges.
Sit covered for an hour.
Transfer to a container to chill in the fridge.
Churn in an ice-cream maker.
