Ingredients
Veal Cutlets
Flour - Enough to coat
Egg - Slightly beaten
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Olive Oil
Spaghetti Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Dust veal cutlet with flour, dip into beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Place in 1/8" of heated olive oil and cook over moderate heat for 4 or 5 minutes each side. Place them into a shallow baking pan/dish and spread sauce on top of each cutlet. Mix grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese together and place a generous amount on top of sauce. Place under broiler until cheese is melted being careful not to burn the cheese
