Ingredients

chicken or veal about 1-2 lb.

1 can hunts pasta sauce

evoo

flour

2 c. mozzerella cheese grated

parmesan cheese grated to taste

Preparation

dredge meat in flour and brown in hot evoo lay browned meat in a baking dish add pasta sauce (I use Hunts, in the can) top with mozzarella cheese sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese bake @ 350 for 45-60 min
