Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 Slice Farm-Style Bread

3-4 Slices Thin Deli-Style Ham

2 Slices Gouda Cheese

Mayonnaise

Lemon Pepper

Dill

Paprika

Salt

Papper

Preparation

Boil some water in a pot & lightly toast the bread. When the water is boiling, gently place the Eggs in the water and turn down the heat till simmering. Simmer for 3 minutes. (Exactly!) Spread mayonnaise on the toast, then sprinkle some lemon pepper on top. Top with ham, then Gouda. Return to the toaster oven to melt the cheese. Place finished eggs on top of cheese and sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and dill.
