Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 large eggs
4 oz butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Cream butter and sugar till creamy. Then beat in eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
- Into egg mixture add some of the sifted flour mixture and then add some milk. Do this step alternately about 3 times. However, make sure you end with the flour mixture.
- Divide batter into buttered cupcake moulds (or cupcake liners) and bake for about 20 minutes until light golden.
