Ingredients

1 3/4 cups water;

One packet unflavored gelatin powder;

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;

1/4 cup skim milk;

Splenda to taste

Preparation

Boil water. Remove from heat. Stir in packet of gelatin, vanilla extract, skim milk and Splenda to taste. Cool until solid. For pure decadence, add a small dollop of whipped cream.
