Ingredients

2 c. milk

1 c. sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

4 c. light/table cream

2 Tbls. vanilla

Preparation

  1. Scald milk.

  2. Add the sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both are well dissolved.

  3. Add the cream + stir in the vanilla.

  4. Cool/Chill.

  5. Churn in freezer per instructions.
