Ingredients

1 and a half cup of milk

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter (the one that coming in a bar)

1 teaspoon of wheat flour

chopped coriander (your own taste) also you can use parsley

half cup of cheddar cheese (grated by yourself)

Preparation

1)In a casserole boil the milk. 2)Add the butter and mix with the milk. 3)After you mix the milk with the butter add the cheese with the mixture boiling. 4) Add the wheat teaspoon until its thicken. 5)Finally you can add the coriander. 6)If you want more flavor you can add grated parmesan with romano cheese mixture. (the one you use for the pasta)
