Ingredients

2 lbs of penne noodles

2 cans of poppyseed filling

lemon juice

salt, to taste

Preparation

Cook the penne in a large pot of salted water, until it’s al dente; the cooking time depends on the brand of pasta. Drain the pasta noodles and set aside. add the poppyseed filling to a large serving bowl. Add the noodles and about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and stir it with the poppyseed filling. Add in any other mix-ins and cover. Refrigerate until chilled (it should take a few hours) and serve.
