Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (1 lb 10 oz) Ragu
2 large green and/or red bell peppers, coarsley chopped
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup instant rice
Preparation
In 12 inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to med-low and cook uncovered for 20 mins or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender
