Ingredients

1 2-pound package pork tenderloin (containing 2 loins)

1 cup vegetable oil

3 Tbsp. Uncle Pete’s Sweet-Hot Mustard

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. honey

5 dashes Tabasco sauce

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Whisk ingredients til emulsified and submerge meat for at least 2 hours.
