Ingredients

8 peaches peeled and sliced (dip in boiling water and then peel)

put in bowl and m ix in about 1/4 cup sugar

put lemon juice on peaches

put in fridge for 2 hours

spill off liquid (about 1 cup)

mix 2 tbsp. cornstarch with liquid

heat liquid, when thick ass 2 tbsp. butter + 1/2 tsp. almond extract

let this cool

Preparation

put sliced peached in a prebaked pir shell

pour liquid over peaches and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Remove and smother in whipped cream before serving.
