1.5 oz Choya Umeshu (plum liqueur available at Japanese markets)

1 oz Gin

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice (Meyer preferred)

Soda Water to top off

Shake first four ingredients and strain into a highball glass with ice. Soda water tops it all off, garnish with lemon or plum slice from the Ume
