Ingredients

4 Whole wheat tortillas

1 can fat-free refried beans

1/2 cup low-fat sour cream (only 2 g fat per serving)

8 oz. 7% fat lean ground beef

3 cloves garlic pressed

1/2 cup salsa

1 cup lettuce, chopped

*Optional: tomatoes, additional hot sauce, or lowfat cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook ground beef and garlic on medium heat until cooked
  2. Add re-fried beans and stir until warm
  3. Divide bean/beef mixture onto tortillas
  4. Add sour cream, salsa and lettuce
  5. Fold and enjoy!
  6. Feel free to omit beef or substitute for chicken or ground turkey
