Ingredients
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup pecan halves
1/3 cup plain oats
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cranberries or craisins
1 cup dried apricots
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. Place the nuts and oats in a bowl and coat lightly with cooking spray. Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey and mix in cinnamon. Spread nuts evenly on pan and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Once they have cooled, add the second tbsp of honey and dried fruit.
