Ingredients

Gourmet Pizza Crusts- Use the one with the lip around the edge

Three hardboiled eggs, chopped

Three red potatoes, pre-cooked & cut into chunks

Six strips of bacon, crispy, crumbled

Six sausage patties

One packet of white country sausage flavored gravy

One cup of Swiss cheese

Preparation

Allow yourself preparation time to boil eggs, pre-cook sausage, bacon and potatoes, and cook gravy. Assemble pizza on a cutting board.

• Rub olive oil onto the bottom side of the pizza crust and place on the cutting board.

• Spread gravy over the pizza crust (about half of what you prepared)

• Add approximately 3/4 of the bacon, sausage and potatoes evenly around the pie, atop the layer of suasage gravy

• Spread the remaining gravy over the toppings.

• Sprinkle cheese liberally, covering entire pizza.
