Ingredients

8 Medium to large white

potatoes peeled and quatered

1/2 cup of 10% cream

1/4 cup of butter

4-8 cloves of garlic (peeled)

1 Can of Campbell’s Chicken Broth with Garlic & Herbs

Water

Salt and peper

Preparation

Place potatoes in pot and add chicken broth and garlic. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Boil for 20-25 mins or until tender. Drain potato water into a sealable container for later use. Mash potatoes and garlic cloves together while adding cream and butter. Mash until creamy - adding salt and pepper to taste. Potato water can be used to make gravies and bread! This saves well in the freezer - but only a week in the fridge!
