Ingredients

1 lb Ground Sirloin

Garlic Powder

Celery Salt

Black Pepper

Worcestershire Sauce

Hot Sauce or Ground Hot Pepper

Blue Cheese

Preparation

Pepper the meat, then knead it while mixing in Worcestershire sauce and other spices. Eye out the ratios to taste. Form into 6 patties.

Crumble the blue cheese on top three of the patties. Put the other patties on top of the cheese and pinch around the edges to seal. At this point, you can freeze them for later use.

When ready to cook, simply broil the patties to your perferred level of doneness, 5-7 minutes per side. Serve with relish.
