Ingredients
Brownies:
2 cups white sugar
1 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 cup melted margarine
1 1/3 cup white flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup mini Chipits
Frosting:
1/2 cup canned milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cup mini Chipits
Preparation
Brownies: Mix together sugar and cocoa, getting rid of any lumps. Mix in eggs and margarine. Add in flour and baking powder and Chipits and mix well. Pour into 9"-13" pan. Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, Add frosting and keep refrigerated.
Frosting: Bring milk, margarine and sugar to a boil on medium heat for 2 minutes. Then add Chipits and remove from heat. Mix well.
