Ingredients

5 pkgs Udon noodles

2 tsp seseme oil

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup warm water

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic

2 Tbl apple cider vinegar

2 Tbl sugar

1 1/2 Tbl chili oil

Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions. Mix all other ingredients. Rinse noodles and quickly toss with sauce. If storing sauce in fridge - microwave until warm and shake before putting on noodles. I often toss hot noodles and sauce with slivered fresh red peppers!
