Ingredients

6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese

2 cans crab meat

1 small onion, minced

2 eggs, hard-boiled and minced

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Blend cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
