Ingredients

3 Lbs. Beef or pork, ½" cubed

1 Qt Stock or beer

½ C Chili powder

¼ C Garlic

½ C Tomato paste

3 C Tomatoes, chopped

1 Lb Bell peppers, chopped

1 Lb Onion, chopped

1 Qt Beans, cooked

2 T Cumin

1.5Tbl Oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown meat in heavy bottomed pan

Add onions, tomato paste, seasonings and continue to cook

Deglaze pan and add tomatoes and peppers

Add beans

Simmer until meat is tender

Season to taste
