Ingredients
¼ C Bacon
3/4 C Butter, melted
¼ Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Shallot, minced
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1.5 C Buttermilk
1.5 C Cornmeal
1.5 C Flour, all purpose
¼ C Sugar
1 tbs Baking powder
¼ tbs Baking soda
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Pepper
Preparation
Saute onion, garlic and shallot
Mix dry ingrediants together
Mix wet ingrediants together
Combine an mix until just incorporated
Bake at 350 until browned. Bake as muffins or bread.
