Ingredients
1 lb Butter
2.5 lb Flour
¾ oz Salt
4 oz Baking powder
6 oz Sugar
2 C Buttermilk
4 Eggs
Preparation
Cut cold butter into dry ingrediants. Colder the better
Mix buttermilk and eggs
Mix wet into dry until well incorporated
Roll out on floured surface and cut into 1 ½ inch biscuits
Bake at 350 until browned. Stops cooking at 2120
