Ingredients
1 quart plain yogurt
1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl chopped fresh dill
salt & pepper
olive oil
1 pkg pita
Preparation
TZATZIKI Drain yogurt overnight in a cloth lined colander. sprinkle salt over cucumber and drain for 1/2 hour. Mix together all ingredients and let flavors blend in refrigerator for several hours. Heat over to 425. PITA CHIPS: Cut pita into triangles and toss with olive oil and salt & pepper. Bake for 10 minutes and serve with tzatziki. Enjoy!
