Ingredients

1 cup grated, peeled, seeded cucumber

1/8 tsp salt

2 cups Fage Greek Yogurt

2 Tbs Dillweed

2 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 juice of lemon

1/4 tsp salt

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 Tbs olive oil

pepper to taste

Preparation

dry chopped cucumbers on paper towel, place salt on cucumbers to absorb water.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to intensify.
